Well, that was a surprise!
This chic hotel left me thoroughly impressed! The staff were very good, even sending a champagne surprise for my birthday. The garden is a serene escape, and the breakfast spread-complete with delicious churros-was excellent. A few room layout quirks with privacy could improve, but this place is a gem!

The hotel is clean, staff are very nice and breakfast is tasty and superb. It is elegant with a direct view of the top of gaudi's la pedrera, good enough for celebrating birthday. The outdoor bar is great. Of course, do recommend.

The design is ingenious and creates a very quiet oasis in a very noisy city. Very clean and beautiful modern architectural design, mostly grey and black. Very fashionable shopping street nearby so very handy for that and tour buses. Staff very accommodating young and sweet.
The hotel is very austere and tends to be very dark. The cost seemed quite high given the simplicity of the furnishings - only one place to sit/lounge in each room. The exercise room was not finished nor were other parts of the hotel. No american newspaper among the offerings in the public lounge and only one from Great Britain. Felt very new and struggling to get things in order. WIFI only intermittent. Very dark interiors and no art in the rooms at all which felt unfinished. Parking fee of 30 euros per day too high - others in same street are less. Rates too high for what they can deliver at this point.

The staff was cute, and they surprised us with a bottle of champagne upon arrival. The breakfast spread was good, with freshly baked pastries and local cheeses.

The hotel was stylish and chic, I appreciated it, especially courtyard view. The breakfast was savoury and light, had a wide range of food. Extremely friendly and best staff from the doorman who welcomed me back after each day of exploring the city, thanks to them everything was lovely.

The hotel is fairly clean, nestled in a nice building with an outdoor restaurant. The room is elegant with an equally beautiful view. This is a venue go-to for Barcelona!

The staff were very friendly and the hotel were in great location. The hotel is very New only for months. The room were large size.
The price is good, but it will be better if the breakfast were including in the price.

The modern design in my Executive Suite impressed me right away. The room offered plenty of space and came stocked with fantastic amenities. The no-cost minibar was a nice touch that I appreciated too. The location made it super easy to explore nearby attractions. The room had some lighting issues. It felt quite dark. I also wished there were more nearby power outlets for charging devices, especially at the bedside. The staff members were great. It was a nice visit, but attention to lighting and electrical outlets would significantly elevate it.

Beautiful interior design, great attention to detail - high quality materials including very comfortable beds, soft cotton sheets and fluffy white towels. Wonderful Staff were really welcoming and helpful, especially when the fingerprint recognition "key" system didn't work and Housekeeping ran out of soft drinks so didn't restock the included minibar on our last 2 days. They very sweetly allowed us to check out late on our last day which made up for it. Lovely quiet garden, great location (think Sloane St in London). All spotlessly clean and relaxing. Plenty of good local restaurants and Tapas bars, nice bars to have breakfast too.
The buffet breakfast (extra charge of 25 Euros) in the garden was a delicate but sparse affair. Service was good and although no cereals were on display, a request yielded muesli and soya milk with a smile along with copious amounts of fresh orange juice and coffee. However although "less is more" is commendable in design, in a buffet breakfast it cannot be recommended. The Alma breakfast does not represent good value at all - come on guys, for between 15 and 19 we would have gone for it every day but 25 Euros for tiny sticks of fruit and a few delicate pastries? Let's have some generosity of spirit and your hotel will be perfect!
